This week I am enjoying a brand new body!!! Yes, I have been eating cleaner (one cheat meal a week), and I have increased my protein intake. But the results have been amazing!!!!
In 3 months I have lost 10 lbs and gained I don’t know how much muscle…but you be the judge! I fit in my goal jeans, my waist is 26" and I weigh 128lbs!
I still have about 21 days till I go to the states (for a week only though) and then I will back to Iraq, and back into my hardcore weight loss program…until July when I go on leave for 15 days at the BEACH!! Bikini body!

Having a protein based diet is proofed in providing the fat loss. Take a little care that you’re drinking enough and not staying too long on that high protein, because it could be hard on your kidneys.
In the P90X nutrition plan there are three phases. The first also is a protein based diet, funnily called "Fat Shredder".
The nutrition guide and also the fitness advisors in the Beachbody community forums also recommend not to extend this phase too long.
