Feedback Please!!!
Ok, so I have been busting my ass, getting up at 0545 to run for about 45 minutes almost everyday, eating quite clean and hitting the weights in the PM. I just started doing yoga this week, and I am sleeping well. But I don’t see a major change in my body! Its very frustrating! The only thing I have been doing differently is taking NO explode, so I think I might be a bit bloated…However, I will stop taking it Sunday (Just wanted to take it for a month, and then take a break).
Please, let me know what you think about my pics. I have been doing the AM cardio for about 2 months now on an empty stomach. I upped my protein intake as well.
Thanks All!

Adaptation at its finest! The body adapts to training. You have to constantly change it to keep it guessing and progressing. The one change in cardio I would recommend is incorporating a few sessions of HIIT each week. I know they worked really well for me when I was trying to lose that last bit of fat at contest time this past year. The other thing I had to do when I hit a plateau at fat loss was cut back on my caloric intake like 100-200 calories a day. If your not running a daily log of caloric intake you might be quite suprised at how much you are actually consuming. In order to make the cuts you have to run a daily log. It is a pain in the butt, but it does work!
You look really good and have made super progress. Keep up the good work! Happy and healthy holidays! Merry Christmas and God bless….Jesus is the reason for the season!

I read dsomethin really intersesting about how to speed up your metabolism. I tried it and liked it. since your doin 45 mins total do one 20 min interval then work out your abs or legs or arms w/e then finish your other 25 minutes. In a study the people who took a break then did more cardio actually had better results.

I dont do any cardio. You are thin enough, you probably don’t even need it. Try a HIIT method of training or start a supersetting workout with weights. Building muscle burns calories, even while resting…lean muscle mass!
