Feedback Please!!!
Friday, December 14th, 2007Ok, so I have been busting my ass, getting up at 0545 to run for about 45 minutes almost everyday, eating quite clean and hitting the weights in the PM. I just started doing yoga this week, and I am sleeping well. But I don’t see a major change in my body! Its very frustrating! The only thing I have been doing differently is taking NO explode, so I think I might be a bit bloated…However, I will stop taking it Sunday (Just wanted to take it for a month, and then take a break).
Please, let me know what you think about my pics. I have been doing the AM cardio for about 2 months now on an empty stomach. I upped my protein intake as well.
