Weight loss

This morning when I got up at 0530 I decided to weigh myself since, according to what I saw in the mirror, I looked smaller.  The scale read 121!!!! I didn’t trust my little walmart scale so when at the gym I used the scale there too, and it read the same, 121lbs.  I just got back from pass in Qatar and I ate whatever I wanted and had wine every night I was over there.  So, it makes no sense that I loss weight.

I stopped taking the NO explode a week ago, so I wonder if it might be that.  I remained active while on pass but not as active as I am here.  I also lost .5" from my waist and 1" from my hips.

My goal weight is 115lbs, so if this 121lbs weight is accurate, I only have 6 more pounds to loose!

    Good job on the weight loss. Maybe the wine had something to do with it, was it red wine? That can help with weight loss in small amounts to. Keep up the good work.

    Laura. More likley than not the decrease is caused when you stopped taking the explode coupled with perhaps the fact you were not drinking as much water in Qatar. Explode has about 5 gm of creatine in it. This is not readily known, but I emailed BSN to ask them what portion of explode was creatine. The lackof creatine in your muscles probably caused you to dump some of the water back into the intravascular space and pee it off. Thus causing a reduction in weight.

    Additionally, by giving your body a break you probably went into a super repari mode, thus, although you may have been eating the same your muscles were repairing and perhaps a small amount of mass reduction in your muscles.
