"Loose more fat and get a hard body, and loose 5 lbs in the process. I want to look absolutely hot in my wedding. I just got selected as part of the LAAFB USAF marathon team, so I need to cut down my marathon time to under 4 hours."

Ok, so I have been busting my ass, getting up at 0545 to run for about 45 minutes almost everyday, eating quite clean and hitting the weights in the PM. I just started doing yoga this week, and I am sleeping well. But I don’t see a major change in my body! Its very frustrating! The only thing I have been doing differently is taking NO explode, so I think I might be a bit bloated…However, I will stop taking it Sunday (Just wanted to take it for a month, and then take a break).
Please, let me know what you think about my pics. I have been doing the AM cardio for about 2 months now on an empty stomach. I upped my protein intake as well.
Thanks All!

Today I decided to run up the hills of Manhattan Beach for my HIT training and, holy cow, I just found my new self imposed torture. I did it for 15 minutes and I was dead. Hopefully doing this training every other day will push my body to the limit and I will get rid of some more fat.

So, my tour in Iraq is over and I am back in wonderful LA again…therefore I have access to all the healthy and organic food I can think of. I will run every morning before work and I will lift at night. I am completely dedicated and totally motivated to re-vamp my whole physique. Yesterday I tried on clothes I had left in storage 6 months ago before I went to Baghdad and nothing fits me I am so happy, I am about 2 sizes smaller, size 2 from Abercrombie, yep I can’t believe it either. I will post my new goal today, but it will pretty much consist of keeping the cardio up everyday, lifting heavy, eating clean and looking SMOKING HOT for my little rendez vous to Puerto Rico In December.

I only have 5 weeks left in Iraq and I have been so busy, haven’t had much time to workoit as I used to. I am making time though, going to the gym around 8pm-10pm every night. Its hard!
When I get back to the states, I dont have a car since I sold my old car, so I will force myself to either buy a bike and bike to work, or walk a lot. That should help. The plan is to do my cardio in the morning (I have a trail by my apartment) and lift in the PM.

I like to do my aerobic exercise first thing in the morning, because it has been working for me lately. However, what is the best time, other than in the morning, to do aerobic? Today I couldn’t get up in the morning to go run, and I can still split my workouot, but havent decided if I want to lift in the afternoon and run in the evening or the opposite. Any suggestions? By the way, I am super sore from my leg workouot yesterday, I felt the burn!

I was out of the office for a couple of days, sick. So I didn’t work out and I ate what I had aroound. I am back though. I figured, I have 2 more months I can use to get the best body of my life, so I started the Abs diet again, today. I have been following it for the most part, but I am going to stick to my strict diet, to see if I can push it some more.
I really would like to get my body fat measured here, but its nearly impossible. I got the calipers but I need someone to help me, and I have no roomate. Oh well!
Anyway, today I will go to the gym, use the ankle weights Richard sent me, and I will feel the burn.

This morning when I got up at 0530 I decided to weigh myself since, according to what I saw in the mirror, I looked smaller. The scale read 121!!!! I didn’t trust my little walmart scale so when at the gym I used the scale there too, and it read the same, 121lbs. I just got back from pass in Qatar and I ate whatever I wanted and had wine every night I was over there. So, it makes no sense that I loss weight.
I stopped taking the NO explode a week ago, so I wonder if it might be that. I remained active while on pass but not as active as I am here. I also lost .5" from my waist and 1" from my hips.
My goal weight is 115lbs, so if this 121lbs weight is accurate, I only have 6 more pounds to loose!

So, I just got in today from my pass. I haven’t gotten any sleep in the last 30 hours, but that is the way it works here. I only worked out Saturday…so that is almost a week off. However, tomorrow I am back with a vengeance. I have 2 important dates I want to look wonderful for. First, I might go on a trip in November and I want to look as toned as possible. Second, I am going on another trip to Puerto Rico in December for a class reunion and you all know how that is. I hate to say I didn’t eat good while I was on pass, but at least I didn’t eat crazy big amounts of food, just junk food. You all know how it is when you go on vacation. Today I started eating small, clean meals again…and tomorrow is legs day at the gym.
Wish me luck!

So, even though I do sprints, today I started the 30 second HIT program (30 second jog, 30 second all out). I did that for about 20 minutes. Tomorrow I will take a break and again on Saturday. I want to do that for about a month to see if I can break my plateau. Wish me luck. I need to get that hot bod before October!

I thought about my problem with leg definition. I think the main issue is that I try to do a super workout that includes running and lifting altogether. Its very hard for me to give 100% in my run and quickly turn around and give 100% lifting weights for my legs. So today I got up at 0530 and did 30 minutes of low impact cardio. I will go to the gym in the afternoon as well and I will run 1.5 miles (about 11-12 minutes) and then I will focus on lifting hard for my legs. I am going to try to keep this routine for the rest of the month. I will keep the results posted. Wish me luck!
