<p>Day Two Arms:100 push ups. Superset, Aleternating bicep curl 20 reps, side raises 10 reps, alternating hammer curls 10 reps, shoulder presses 20 reps , dorp weight repeat.  front rasies 2 sets of 10, triceps kickbacks 2 sets of 15, barbell triceps exstenions i set of 15, dips i set of 20.  repeat cardio abs and push ups.</p>
<p>Day Three: Repeat Day One</p>
<p>Day Four: Run A mile. repeat push ups and stair work.</p>
<p>Day 5: Half hour of dance.</p>
<p>Two Days Rest.

<p>Mission failed: get at least a 6 pca by july failed, but not gining up, setting new goal of september ABS WILL COME IN.  back and calvesare crazy Well, June was a very shitty month, everysingle workout sucked, my body is still getting used to my split workout (day 1 cardio, legs, abs, day 2 cardio, biceps, triceps, shoulder, abs day 3 cardio, chest, back, abs day 4 repeat day 1, day 5 cardio abs and a day of ligt cardio).  So ima give it 2 more weeks before i swtich to something other than tha july is going awesome cause&#8230;&#8230;I&#8217;M NOT LIFTING,,,YYAAAAY. taking a week off so maybe my muscles can grow and get some well earned rest and maybe some growth chest got more difined quads and calves got bigger biceps sadly are still tha same size <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':-(' class='wp-smiley' /> . 17 is calling me.abs still aren&#8217;t coming in. focus and cardio is key. i am getting in better shape though bodyfat is down to 14%.  july 3rd ran a mile  and july 4th ran 1.8  hills and all, so i getting there, in better shape than everyon i hang with so &#8230;.. progress will be made . Kinda fell of this weekend but plan to get back on track sunday, short blog nothing real new. please let me know what you think of tha pics and vids. </p>

<p>On another note. i was talking to someone on myspace and bought up this site, this person shall remain nameless, but they said they didn&#8217;t &quot;need what they offer&quot; cause she bodybuilds for real, this really bothered me cause i have met some great poeple on here, very talented athletes and it bugs me like there are no real bodybuilders on here. i mean come on. if it wasn&#8217;t for bodyspace i wouldn&#8217;t be anywhere near tha shape that i&#8217;m in now. so to all who read this thank you for your supprt. keep pushing

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hey just finshed lifting, had an great workout no running so i did jumping jacks. but heres why i&#8217;m blushing a customer comes into tha store today and while we&#8217;re talking about her problem she ask where i workout ad i laugh,  i ask why&#8217;d you ask she looks me up and down and says &quot;i know you weren&#8217;t born like that&quot; and i blush. i&#8217;m sad though apperntly i lost 8 pounds but bf% went up. i feel stronger but i feel like i&#8217;m  fat holding weight. hopefully i feel better in tha morning. measred muscles to heres tha result</p>

<p>chest 44.</p>
<p>quads 25</p>
<p>forearm 12.5</p>

I think i&#8217;m about to switch my workout from afternoon to night it seemed to help me sleep better. I also changed my diet so i&#8217;m getting in more protien and less carbs so hopefuuly i&#8217;ll be getting results soon..  you have to check out my new pics i look so huge.thoughts are scattered so  peace out later</p>
