Sounds serious, you should take it easy, your body won't forgive you if you don't let it heal..I am notorious for not giving my body time to get over things and I pay the consequences. But you are young so you should bounce back quick enough, but still take your time..the weights room will alway be there waiting for you :) I had no idea man!
