Hey Rob, Progress made- so celebrate that and use it to inspire you to greater victory. You mentioned that you do cardio first? I hope not. Lift first, then cardio- then you will burn a greater % of fat that way. I would do an hour a day if fat loss is your main goal. This is always the BBs dilemna: lose the fat or gain muscle- only a gifted few can do both. You can lose the fat while lifting to maintain and strengthen and shape. How many push ups do you do? This is the King of upper body work! Forget the bench- save your rotator cuff! Push ups- hundreds of push ups! You will never need another ab workout again either.

Hey - your pics show some progress, but as you know, it could have been greater. What is holding you back? What piece of the puzzle isn't in place? What type of diet plan are you on and where did you get your routine?

You should check out www.teamscivation.com
they will design a diet and routine for you and help you through the process of cutting or bulking, whichever you decide is your goal.

Everything you want is attainable, you just have to figure out what obstacles you have and jump over them!

The progress is coming along fine. Diet can have some altering effects also. Stay motivated and stick to your goals, don't let your out of shape friends drag you down. Make sure you are taking rest days regularly, too. Keep it up.

If you stick to your training, progress will come. Maybe you are too critical but I see great definition in your back, tris, bis and especially calves. Diet will help your abs, maybe try gradually lowering what you eat or take out processed foods...not sure what diet you're on. Either way, you are getting there.
