					<description>Well, my first thought was that the method of measuring your body fat is not accurate.  Either that, or you just lost water weight, but not likely 8 lbs!!  How is your diet?  Remember that your diet is 90% of your success.  If you're trying to lose weight, then build mass, which is what you should be doing, then you need to watch your caloric intake.  Take your current weight and multiply it by 17.  It's not completely accurate, but that will give you a rough estimate.  You probably already know all of this by now.  Also, cardio is a must.  30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and keep the fat down.  You don't have to starve yourself by any means, but keep it clean and you will start to see better results.  Good luck with everything!</description>
