					<description>Everybody reacts differently on diet, supps or training. YOU have to find out what works and what doesn't. Maybe you should eat more (I don't know how much you're eating right now). I made that mustake before, eating way to little. I gained unwanted fat insteead of losing it. I've used creatine, and it made HUGE progress. But than again it differs with brands. Go to the forum and you'll read a lot on this subject. But keep training hard. You are doing great!!</description>
