| hey whats really good to be back and training again. Just posted a new video and some newe pics so please input. so i’m at a cross road training is going well arms quads calves look awesome. there getting really big and ripped. buti can’tmake progress on tha ole gut. cardio cleaner diet nothing working. i think i need to eat more in a day. one of my friends i need to stay away from creatine another one said get some asap. they also told to get off my whey protein but tha gnc guy(he could be worng) said i need that with my hydroxycut to burn max body fat. i’m confused any suggestions |

Everybody reacts differently on diet, supps or training. YOU have to find out what works and what doesn’t. Maybe you should eat more (I don’t know how much you’re eating right now). I made that mustake before, eating way to little. I gained unwanted fat insteead of losing it. I’ve used creatine, and it made HUGE progress. But than again it differs with brands. Go to the forum and you’ll read a lot on this subject. But keep training hard. You are doing great!!
