Thursday, February 28th, 2008| hey whats really good to be back and training again. Just posted a new video and some newe pics so please input. so i’m at a cross road training is going well arms quads calves look awesome. there getting really big and ripped. buti can’tmake progress on tha ole gut. cardio cleaner diet nothing working. i think i need to eat more in a day. one of my friends i need to stay away from creatine another one said get some asap. they also told to get off my whey protein but tha gnc guy(he could be worng) said i need that with my hydroxycut to burn max body fat. i’m confused any suggestions |
