Getting there.
As alot of you know i recently changed up my workouts so i can better reach my goals from my diet. so far my increased cardio is getting results. a friens of mine was looking at my stomach and she said she can see my abs strting to come in, havcen’t weighed myself and don’t really want to i’d rather see tha results . this site is really helping, everytime i don’t feel like lifting i scroll thru a couple of profiles and its all tha motivation i need. my post coming soon and new progress pics
