					<description>When I started I never used a notebook but when I really got into everything I realized that I couldn't remember what I did the time before so I was back at square one.  I log everything including cardio, pre-workout food, intensity of how I felt before and afterwards.  Its helped tremendously.</description>

					<description>I find it helpful for different variations of movements to remember how much weight was used. But I know what you mean about being the only one logging your reps, I also will put a mark by a superset combination that is really intense.</description>

					<description>I definitely agree, this is an approach to be careful with, but it has worked well for me.  Obviously if you try this, the deck of cards is your complete workout for the muscle.  I've also done it with larger bodyparts such as chest, but only with a machine as it's very easy to fail unexpectedly somewhere along the way.</description>
