frustrated. so very, very frustrated. i’ve been working hard in the gym, eating right, and trying my best, but i don’t feel i’ve gotten as far as i want. i realize i’ve come back from a serious injury and all. but i still am angry at myself.
today in the gym i was doing a dumbbell flye/press superset. in the middle of my presses i felt something like a muscle pull on the left arm above the elbow, the weight fell to left with my grip still tight and i slid off the bench to the floor. i felt like a total idiot. i was pissed. pissed at myself. 35 lbs??? only 35 flippin’ pounds and this happens. i continue to stay angry at myself for being weak.

it’s been awhile since my last entry, and a lot has happened. i’ve been working out alot since january and i’ve seen some good results. i want to see ALOT more, but so far it’s been good. i’ve been using a few MuscleTech products (CellTech,Leukic,Gakic,&Creakic) and i’ve been very happy with the results they’ve given. still, my current cycle is almost out, and i think i’ll try something new to see how it compares. but last week i missed working out because i’ve been sick. so i’m hoping i’ll get to workout more this coming week.

school started monday. and i have joined the local fitness center. but i find it’s hard to go to. partly because school is kinda stressing. but probably mostly, i will admit, i’m scared. i just keep thinking if i go in there, the others will look at me and wonder why i’m there, and laugh at me. i know it’s stupid, but i can’t help but feel intemidated. i really need to get over it though. grr.

the last few weeks i haven’t had much energy. i haven’t worked out as much as i would have liked because i just felt drained. i think i may have had a slight cold, but it didn’t get too bad and i think i’m feeling a lot better. so hopefully i can go back to working out a lot more. unfortunetly, once my current tub of protein powder is out, i don’t think i can get another one for awhile. i’m starting college soon and money is gonna be tight for a while. so it will be hard to get any extras.
