i was at the gym yesterday doing back and arms. guy walks in and throws 405 on the bech press. does it for a set of 5. there i stood with my jaw touching the floor. then i realized that i was looking at something i will accomplish, that i must accomplish. after all i cant just let somebody show me up like that right? lol.
im skipping todays workout because my legs are still sore. bad idea to work out when sore from a previous workout. so tomorrow is chest, shoulders and tris. gonna work my way slowly but surely to 405!
intensity is key!
