im trying to get really good shoulders.. especially traps.
i do 4 sets of ten w/ 375lbs on shrugs, but…. i dunno how much variation i should put into this muscle group. any advice on moves would be apprciated.

dude!! traps are like your calves– meaning they can take a beating and need you to force the blood to the muscle…. so forget "im doing 5 million pounds for so many sets"…..
do as many sets as it takes with a minimum of 15 reps until you feel like your traps are gonna rip off your neck (be careful not to pull anything)
use proper form and use variations of the bar and dumbbells— sometimes even hit up a shrug machine to rep out.
