Cutting the carb and calories to cut up
Just had a few great cardio sessions today this morning ran for a steady pace for 60 minutes upon waking. After the weights this afternoon I did intervals for 20- 25 minutes great to vut up and only 20 minutes long. I startd to cut my calories by 300-500 a day and not have more than 15 grams of carbs after 4pm(only in my shakes and very little veggies for dinner). My cardio sessions twice a day is helping me get ripped a whole lot quicker than I thought it would.

300-500 calorie cut you say? What does that bring you down to? I’m kind of in the same boat and I’m wondering if I should hover around 2200 or say, 1500-1700

Why are you putting a time limit on your carb intake? There is no evidence support the myth that you will get fat if consume carbs in the afternoon.
A 300-500 caloric reduction is pretty drastic. Personally, I would start with 150 and work from there.

I agree with antwrig. A calorie cut of 300-500 seems like alot all at once. So what does that bring you down to? I also cut my carbs in the evening myth or not. It works for me
