I’m hungry and feeling weak
I am so hungry, I think I could eat my fist off, so I decided instead of reaching for food, I will reach for my other tool…words. So as I nibble my peppers, I write. I lost my workout partner yesterday. She was my biggest fan and she is moving far far away from me 6 weeks before the show. I am very much going to miss her. I’m hoping that part of my motivation didn’t move with her. I’ve been so driven this season and part of it I think has been seeing her in the gym and having her push me as hard as I push her. I am definitely going to miss that. But she has inspired me to put my everything forward this season and get on stage the best I can.
Plus, I got a rockin, kick ass suit from CCFitwear. It’s absolutely incredible and I can’t wait to debut it on stage. I have to have the body to fit the suit. See, now I feel a little better. This should help me get through my next hour of cardio after work. It’s not bad really. Just 20 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 20 minutes…I can do that. No problem. This one’s for Michele!

I know how you feel do i eat a snack or do I drink more water? Maybe both but if i risk drinking more water I risk gaining unwanted water weight! I duno about u but drinking 8-10 bottles of water a day makes me have to pee really bad between the hours of 12midnight-4am lol. I duno how ur diet is but it’s ruff trying to eat 6 meals a day at the correct intervals with the percise cal intake. I am sure your friend will be missed but try to stay focused and you will do great; can’t wait to see that "kick ass suit" Good luck!
