Forgetting how hard it is!
So I started my diet a few days ago and the past few days my workouts have been a bit more cardio based. Wow - I forgot how hard cardio is when you don’t do it at all! My body is fighting me every step of the way. I know that it will take some time to ease into it, but wow! But… I do love the feeling of a good workout when it stays in your muscles all day long!
