Goals are set!
So I guess I will start blogging. it could be a definite way to keep me motivated for the upcoming season. Not sure who out there is interested in my bodybuilding journey - especially when everyone on here has their own goals, but at least I can keep track of my though en route to next spring’s show season.
So I am about 2 months from the diet phase of my next show. I have done 2 seasons so far and I am ultra excited for the upcoming one. My trainer keeps telling me to get my mind right and I don’t think it could be any "righter" than it is right now. I was at the Olypmus show last weekend in Buffalo helping out Terry, my trainer, backstage with a few of his girls and I was bit by the bug! I absolutely cannot wait to diet down and get on stage again.
This season I need to be ultra tight on my diet. Last season I thought I could coast in on a mediocre diet effort and it showed in the standings. The women just keep getting better and better on stage so I need to go on stage at my personal best this season. I am going to kick some ass to get there…
My one worry? I am getting married 6 days after my final show in the spring. I hope wedding plans don’t infringe too much on my much needed training time. Good thing my fiance is so supportive!
