April 5, 2007Well i havent been keeping up with posting my progress on here.
When i started training again i was weighing in at 98kgs,
Then when i fisrt opened up my bodyspace account i was weighing in at 94kgs,
Well i have made some progress and now i am weighing in at 91kgs.
I am very excited about my weight loss already and can weight till reach my goal weight.
The weight training is paying off as i am getting strong each day.
I am also getting comments about the size i have gained in some areas i.e. biceps and chest.
The HIIT i have been doing works wonders.
I would recommend doing HIIT training to anyone. It is a whole lot better than doing low boring cardio.
I started out by doing a 2 km warmup run and then 5 x 5 stair sprints,
I am now up to a 2 km warmup run and then 8 x 8 stair sprints.
