March 13, 2009AHHHHHH, when will I figure out what works best for me?? Is it me or do other people have the problem of different tactics and strategies working for different body parts?? Example, most of my body loves high repitition day BUT my back does not, it grows more during heavy medium rep days.
I use to believe that it doesnt matter how you train as long as youre putting in the hard work, but thats before I knew the logistics of lifting…
I’m pretty good at getting strong but lack the knowledge to transform my strength into massive size, HELP!!
