I’m currently trying to bulk and put on muscle mass. But I’m not exactly sure how much I should be eating. I lift for at least an hour and a half a day and I am 130 pounds. If you have any advice, it would be greatly appresciated.

Eat 4 square meals a day with a protein shake/gainer shake in between them. Don’t lift for an hour and a half…lift for about 45 minutes.
