I have been lifting on and off for about three years know. I took it serious in the summer and went up about 25-30 pounds on the bench press. I am dourteenĀ and am currently looking for a gym since I have been working out at home. Right know I am 130 pounds and am 5′9. I want to put on lean muscle mass. If you have any advice, it would be greatly apreciated.
