I’m currently trying to bulk and put on muscle mass. But I’m not exactly sure how much I should be eating. I lift for at least an hour and a half a day and I am 130 pounds. If you have any advice, it would be greatly appresciated.

I am about to begin lifting agian tomarrow since I have stopped because of school. I starting to bulk and am going to try and put on some mass. I am going to be taking 2000-2500 calories and taking high carbs and a minimum amount of fat. If you have any advice or tips or advice a bulking phase, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have been lifting on and off for about three years know. I took it serious in the summer and went up about 25-30 pounds on the bench press. I am dourteen and am currently looking for a gym since I have been working out at home. Right know I am 130 pounds and am 5′9. I want to put on lean muscle mass. If you have any advice, it would be greatly apreciated.
