man its been a long time since i ahve written. i have been very regular at the gym though and am seeing still small changes but hey it’s for the better. last week was a down week because gym owners were on vacation. i got in a real intense chest workout last night and will be targeting my arms tonight. i have reached my short term goal of 17 inch arms. by this time next year i hope to be 20 or at least close.

my day on saturday was all biceps. i made them burn, but still i am in a slump for actual growth that i can tell. i need to take sups but i always forget to and it seems an ounce for every pound is unattainable for me. heck i’d have to eat 24 hours straight to get 800 ounces.lol. seriously, i am still very motivated and will not quit. i figure making my goal of 52 chest and 20 arms will take a year min. good luck to everyone and me.

i did a back and shoulders combo today after 30 minutes on the treadmill. i havent missed except an occacsional monday due to my sons baseball games. i am so motivated and will achieve my goals of 52" chest and 20" arms. i cant help but to be aggravated by my slow progress but i am making good progress. i’ll gladly take it no matter how slow.

shame on me ,, i havent been writing and i got an email reminder. cody and i skipped tuesday but on monday i did my chest really good. tonight i did my back and some shoulders. cody did his chest and triceps.

i went over to the gym around 6:20pm and done 30 minutes on the eliptical and worked out my biceps and triceps. my son came in and i helped him catch up with me . he wanted to do some benching so he tried 155lbs and got it. hes in the 7th grade. i’m having the toughest time getting my gut size down. last week it seemed i was making some progress but this week i feel bloated and full again.. i will not let it whip me out of working out though. one fine day i will get growth and lose gut.

went to the gym with my son and we did our shoulders today. about 45 minutes worth. its a short day for us because of the selected exercises,we target the deltoids all three heads and do military presses and finish off with some shrugs. we get a good pump have seen some good growth. we are new still and learning (in our 4th month).

went to workout at 5:30pm done 30 minutes on the treadmill, done biceps and triceps. cody(my son,13) showed up at about 6:10pm and done the same. i love it when he is there with me. he shows great progress. wednesday is my off day, gotta work late anyhow.
