Consistency
March 20, 2008Face it, you don’t have great genes… for building your physique that is. Consistency is going to be the most important aspect of your training, moreso even than your intensity in the gym. You like to binge- think food, alcohol, sex, music, excercise etc., So be consistent about binging on the right things, and why not completely give up the bad? Run more, run tonight, then eat well, you’re already excited for Back/Bi’s tomorrow, so put yourself in a position to have the best day possible. Tuna for lunch, pre workout meal, post workout meal, and a steak mother****ing dinner. Frame your thoughts with positive energy, work, and reward yourself… none of this is difficult, so are you lazy, or just plain stupid? Also, please stop using white sugar, french fries, and twizzlers for post workout carbs. What are you, high?!?!?
