Hi, first blog and it will be short. I’ve been getting into this stuff for about a year. As time goes on the more I am learning and the more dedication and hard work I am putting in.
It is tricky as i am juggling 4 sessions a week around a full time job, University and family time with my beautiful fiance and awesome 5 month old little boy Jacob.
The gym is a place that I can really push myself and reap rewards from hard work. This is the main reason I enjoy it as I am a results driven person and enjoy achieving as much as I can.
I also have changed my lifestyle and plan on incorporate gym/fitness/healthy living into my life forever as I want to be around for my family,
