Animal Pak/Stak Cycle
Started on Animal Pak/Stak nine days ago. I can feel and see a small difference. Arms have gottten a little bigger and so has my chest. I’ve been on a 5 day split:
Monday: AM Chest & Triceps PM Cardio & Abs
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Bi’s and Shoulders PM Cardio & Abs
Thursday: Back
Friday: Cleans, Deadlifts, Squats PM Cardio & Abs
Current measurements: 15 3/4 inch arms, 42 inch chest, 20" quads, 13" calves
Need some major work on my legs… MAJOR. That’s my goal once I get back from Hawaii.
