Back at it
Tuesday, December 18th, 2007Just finished taking a month off from lifting. Had to let my body heal up a bit from football season. Ended up being second in the league in TD receptions, so that felt good knowing that I plan on being even faster and stronger next season.
Shoulder is doing really well. Only bothers me every once in a while. Want to really bring up my core strength and improve on my flexibility over the next couple of months. Also will be getting back on a stricter diet as I try to sink below double digit body fat.
Goals are set. Time to get back to work.
