Cleared to lift
Best news I could have hoped for! I got the green light to start lifting again with my shoulder on Monday. Slowly but surely I am working my way back up. My buddies were having some fun at my expense for the first couple of days though. "Do you need a spot for that?" (Barbell bench press with no plates) Haha very funny guys. Still recovery very quickly from my injury so I am being very careful not to rush it. At the same time I am not babying my shoulder either. My physical therapist says I should be back 100% in four weeks.

I understand what you mean. Always a tricky business making sure that when we’re injured to make sure to heal and then once healed and lifting to be careful enough not to adgitate the injury but not being all wussy about it either. I’ve hurt my elbow and right now I"m not lifting and it sucks…..Ok, I’ll deal with it.
