Start of the Super Blog
I will start by posting my somewhat strange training methods tomorrow (Wednesday, chest and abs).
My current training programme has one week of HIT training followed by a week of heavy low rep training. This will continue until mid-September when I begin my cut.
I will explain some of my workouts when I post them.
