i noticed on here there are some people who can be very mean and give hateful comments . i come here to encourage people and to stay motivated . i do not think tearing people down with mean comments help. so if you can not say anything nice to someone about there bod then do not say anything . everyone here has weak points and stronge points .. if you point out a weak point then compliment one of there strong points ..it will help everyone in the long run to get fit.
i stopped smokeing oct 14, 07 started the health food and returned to weight training agian first of the year . i wonder if all this is to much for my system lol seems like alot at one time lol . i feel great but when i tell people all the changes i’ve made they cant believe it.
