6 meals, every 2-3 hours, making sure that the meals are clean and you are getting enough nutrients to sustain your workout progress. Sometimes, if you cut your calories too much, your metabolism will slow down. How often are you doing cardio, and how long.

wtfomg, are you tracking what you're eating. Do you know what your caloric intake is, what your nutrient ratio is? (protein/carbs/fat). If not, I highly suggest tracking it for about a week at a minimum using the site www.fitday.com. It's free, easy and a great tool to see if what you're eating is what you should be eating. Good luck!

It may not be how much you eat but rather what you eat. I eat 6 smaller meals a day that have a good mic of lean protien (chicken breast, egg whites, no fat cottage cheese, etc.) a complex carb (brown rice, whole wheat whatever..) and a fruit or veggie. I make a lot of wraps. If I have chicken breast the night before (stay away from the thighs and legs) I dice it up and put it in a whole wheat wrap with no fat mayo (just a bit) low fat cheese (don't use too much) and spinich or lettuce. I heat it up in the microwave to allow the cheese to melt and voila. The other thing is only drink water, Avoid all other drinks (excpet a cup of coffee black or green tea) because they all have piles of extra calories. I have lots more tips, just ask. Get out there, do some cardio and burn that fat off. Take care and good luck.
