in need of info on bf%
does any know how to calculate body fat% with out all the high tech scans. I know there are pinchers out there but what are other ways? I have a scale that gives bf% but i dont think its correct and the army way of doing it seems shady to me. any help will be great. thanks.

Go on the net and there is a site that does it. I don’t remember what it was called. Good luck
