		<title>Family, Training and Costa Rica</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, gosh it&#8217;s been a bit since I&#8217;ve written.. AGAIN.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Family - well, my family and I made up&#8230; in a way.&nbsp; They&#8217;re still talking to me on occasion, and they wish me well in my ventures outside the home.&nbsp; I am very grateful for that.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Training - I&#8217;ve temporarily moved out to the east coast to do some training with my new coach Teresa L&#8217;Heureux.. aka Big T.&nbsp; (thusly that makes me little T.. and I&#8217;m cool with it&nbsp; <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> &nbsp; We&#8217;ve been training hard and I&#8217;m seeing what I&#8217;ve been missing.. MY ABS!&nbsp; I&#8217;m gettin it back!&nbsp; I&#8217;m getting leaner by the day and I&#8217;ll be photo shoot ready by nationals! YAY!!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Contest Plans - I&#8217;m going to compete at the USA&#8217;s&#8230; I don&#8217;t want to announce it because I&#8217;m afraid of saying hey, I&#8217;m going to compete here.. and then life getting in the way.. but I&#8217;m committed to this show.</p>
<p>Costa Rica - I&#8217;ve given up on coaching people.. well, not given up.. but I don&#8217;t like doing things over a long distance. I have a few current clients, the ones that really kick ass..&nbsp; but I am no longer accepting any more.&nbsp; What I AM doing is even BETTER!!!!!</p>
<p>Get this&#8230; I&#8217;m throwing Fitness Excursions in Costa Rica with Big T!&nbsp; Did I mention she&#8217;s a cancer surviving, bodybuilding, power lifting BAMF?&nbsp; She is!&nbsp; And she&#8217;s 52 still kicking my butt in the gym!&nbsp; (I don&#8217;t know how many times I need to tell people that she&#8217;s not my mom she&#8217;s my friend&#8230; and by the way she&#8217;s single)..&nbsp; HINT HINT!&nbsp; If you&#8217;re over 5&#8242;10 and 220 lbs, built like a bodybuilder or powerlifter have I got the lady for you!!!!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Really, she&#8217;s awesome!</p>

As you know I have been really trying hard to make a difference in the world somehow.. I found that doing the fitness thing seems to work.&nbsp; I have clients that pay me to train them every month and it really makes me happy.&nbsp; Like, I seriously think I found my calling in helping people out that way.&nbsp; Unfortunately, I tried to tell my dad that and told him that instead of me working at the ****family business goes here***** he could stop paying me and I&#8217;d work for myself coaching people.&nbsp; He took it as a huge insult to the family and I guess he feels like I am being a terribly selfish person in doing that but I know that working at the ****** I was unhappy.&nbsp; I didn&#8217;t feel like I was doing anything that mattered&#8230; and then once I found happiness in helping people this way&#8230; I needed to make it my life.</p>
<p>So, I told my parents today.&nbsp; I wanted them to know what I had planned on doing so that they wouldn&#8217;t freak out.&nbsp; But they did.&nbsp; And they freaked out really bad.&nbsp; Yelling and stuff, calling me stupid.. but it&#8217;s in my heart that this is what I want to do and I don&#8217;t want to be held back anymore.&nbsp; So, they&#8217;re threating to take away everything&#8230; (I am fully prepared for that)&nbsp; And I&#8217;m willing to let it go.&nbsp; I don&#8217;t wan to lose touch with you guys. I know my mom and dad are mad at me right now, but I think eventually they&#8217;ll realize that this is what I need to do.&nbsp; I don&#8217;t wan to look back on my life and wish that I could have done something that I never took the first step to do.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t know if I should tell grandpa and grandma about this yet.&nbsp; I don&#8217;t want them stressing out.&nbsp; It makes me so sick to my stomach thinking about this, knowing that it hurts my parents, but they&#8217;ve got to know that I&#8217;m going to grow up some day.&nbsp; Today is the day that I chose to make it official.&nbsp; I&#8217;m making enough money to survive on.. so let&#8217;s see where the world takes me.&nbsp; <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I cried a lot today,but that&#8217;s just letting go of the things that held me back.&nbsp; I can&#8217;t feel bad for this.. even though I know thats what they want me to do.&nbsp; You know that they practically control every aspect of my life.&nbsp; It&#8217;s just bringing me down&#8230; so I&#8217;m taking it in my hands now.&nbsp; This way I&#8217;m not going to be a burden to them.&nbsp; They&#8217;ll take me off the payroll.. and I took care of that part earlier this month. I made sure the******* would not be short staffed so I wasn&#8217;t leaving anyone in the dust.</p>
<p>Starting tomorrow and for the next ten days I&#8217;ll be in Las Vegas at one of the largest fitness expos ***The Olympia*** getting new clients, meeting with people and training with some of my current clients.&nbsp; I think all of those activities will contribute to my business.&nbsp; Every single one of the people I am coaching right now has made incredible progress so I feel like I&#8217;m offering up a pretty darn good service.&nbsp; (If you know anyone that&#8217;s interested it&#8217;s www.ForniFitness.com)&nbsp; I know, you&#8217;ll laugh at the name.. I did.. it seems like an oxymoron.&nbsp; Forni and Fitness.. really.. those two words aren&#8217;t found in the same sentence that often.</p>
<p>Well anyway, I&#8217;m going to finish packing for tomorrow.&nbsp; I think I&#8217;ll be moved out of my house within two days of returning from Vegas.&nbsp; That way they can&#8217;t hold the mortgage over my head either.&nbsp; Though I&#8217;d love to keep the house, I don&#8217;t think this environment will be good for anyone in my family yet.&nbsp; Once they calm down a bit I&#8217;m sure we&#8217;ll make up down the road.&nbsp; Until then, you know how to get a hold of me.&nbsp; If they cancel my phone I have an 866-545-6311 toll free number you can call to leave a voice message.&nbsp; I can check that from the internet anywhere.</p>
<p>I hope this explains what happened&#8230; it&#8217;s complex, but I think it&#8217;s what I needed to do&#8230; I might send this email to my uncle also.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know the title probably got a few of you upset.. but let me remind you.. my last name is Forni and as I have been told my many a witty person that whenever I go on a vacation it should be called a &quot;Forni-cation&quot;.&nbsp; Therefore&#8230; I call my next adventure the Greatest Forni-Cation Ever!&nbsp; What might that be?&nbsp;&nbsp; Well, let me give it to you in a nutshell.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>&lt;Nutshell&gt;<br />
I travel so much for work that spending time at my house is really not worth while to me anymore.&nbsp; I have roommates and a plant (that I am amazed has survived for so long) so I figure the house will not miss me too much.&nbsp; I&#8217;m renting out my room to a good friend of mine while I&#8217;m on the road / in the air / on the sea / on someone&#8217;s couch.&nbsp; I plan on completing my books while I&#8217;m out of town as well as continuing to diet for nationals.&nbsp; As long as I have a gym nearby, food at hand, and my trusty laptop that I like to refer to as &quot;The Beastly Bichin Lappy&quot; and a camera I&#8217;ll be good to go.&nbsp; I can take care of all my clients remotely via phone, skype, and many other wonderful internet avenues&#8230;so why stay home?</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s a look at what September holds&#8230;&nbsp;&nbsp; Starting this friday I fly out to New Jersey to spend a few days meeting with companies and people in the fitness industry.&nbsp; I&#8217;ll be stopping up in New York for the Team Universe show to check on some friends of mine who are competing and doing their makeup for the show.&nbsp; If you&#8217;re going to be there say hi!&nbsp; After that 10 days of messing with the East coast I&#8217;ll head back home to Portland for a day of re-packing and rest then it&#8217;s off to Vegas for the Olympia!</p>
<p>&lt;/Nutshell&gt;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to do something a little crazy.&nbsp; I&#8217;m going to give out my 866 number for people to call toll free to leave voice messages at.&nbsp; Just lettin you know.. there are really no menu options, but they sure are fun to listen to.&nbsp; If you&#8217;re going to leave a message listen to the whole message and the LADY&#8217;s voice will tell you what to do.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Oh ok back on the nutshell topic.&nbsp; Yes, traveling the world.&nbsp; How am I going to manage this?&nbsp; Well, I&#8217;ll keep training the members of my team who I am very happy to say are all making great progress.&nbsp; Even when life kicks them in the butt they get right back up and kick it back.&nbsp; I want to give a shout out to Vector who is now the lightest he has been in 10 years!!! YAY VEC!!!!!!&nbsp; And to all of my other great teammates who kick ass every day!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As the title suggests I had wayyyy too much fun on the Justin.TV chat that I did last night. The evening started off with a co-broadcast from Salem, Oregon with fellow JTVer Vector300. <p>I get a bit bored some times. I did a live Q&amp;A the other day that went from fitness downhill from there. There&#8217;s also a little makeup tutorial.</p>
<p>But back to last night.. holy crap. So Vector, myself and Vec&#8217;s wife all hung out and they sung songs and I chatted with vec&#8217;s fans. It got late so I headed home and then stopped into his channle to say goodnight. (as any good nerd should). There was a request to broadcast&#8230; and I did&#8230; thusly.. chaos ensued.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll probably post a few highlights from last night later today because there were a few too many good times and I can&#8217;t keep them all to myself. We had upwards of 175 viewers at a time in that chat last night.</p>
<p>I was asked such questions as &quot;How much can you bench&quot; to that I reply &quot;Call 866-545-6311 and ask it again&quot;&#8230; other random questions were responded to the same way.</p>
<p>There was a heavy presence from the misc last night as well. I invented a game for them.. twas much fun! I will be passing out reps tonight for the winners. The game was flashcard find the random online photo&#8230; I should think of a name for it.. Search and Destroy.. or.. I don&#8217;t know.. .but either way, it was fun.</p>
<p>Also, to whoever did this to me.. THANKS FOR NOTHING YOU RICK-RoLLING MEAT SPINNING A-HOLES! It sucked, but it was too funny to stay mad about.. you jerk. lol. (if you don&#8217;t know what either one of those things are don&#8217;t ask and don&#8217;t look them up.. they&#8217;re NSFW).</p>
<p>I was notified that my channle was the #1 on JTV last night and I hope to keep a good run of casts going for the next few months. Some of my clients were in the rooms, and they asked good questions.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday we filmed the first part of the little documentary project that mongrel studios is doing on me.&nbsp; Why me?&nbsp; Well, they&#8217;re a cool group of people that I met when I auditioned for a part in their other movie called &quot;The Roomies&quot;&#8230; long story short, they decided it would be good to do a little documentary piece on me. We talked about the project for quite some time and the focus of it will be on my training from YESTERDAY up until Nationals this year in Florida.&nbsp; The crew is going to follow me around for these next few months and try to give the viewers the best possible view of what it&#8217;s like to train for a figure competition&#8230; diet, and other stuff&nbsp; associated with it.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s going to be a long process I&#8217;m sure.&nbsp; We will be posting bits and pieces of it on you tube as we get them edited.&nbsp; I hope to teach people a few things that can help with weight loss and contest prep.&nbsp; There&#8217;s also going to be plenty of laughs in it.&nbsp; I had no idea they were filming&#8230; I just thought they were checking lights.. but they caught me saying &quot;Huge Vagina&quot;&#8230; and I fear it will be on the gag reel.. so I beat it to it.. yes.. I said it HERE first!&nbsp; Oy.. so be prepared.. cover your ears.. whatever.. either way it&#8217;s going to be a good time!</p>
<p>If anyone is in Portland, Oregon and wants in on this little project come train with me at this gym in the Pearl District and we&#8217;ll catch you on film!&nbsp; Then you can be like.. yes back in my day, I was in a movie about bodybuilding.. and show them the clip that you will be forever remembered in.</p>
<p>During filming yesterday we were doing a little interview scene in my living room&#8230; (and yes.. it is full of leather bound books but does not smell of rich mahogany) &#8230; then we hear this screaming outside like someone is killing a little kid.&nbsp; So I go outside to see whats going on and it&#8217;s my sisters future nephew and niece laughing.&nbsp; Apparently my neighbors (my sister and her roomies) were making them laugh.. that little kid laugh where you don&#8217;t know if they&#8217;re in excruciating pain or having tons of fun.&nbsp; I had to ask them to please be quiet because we could hear it in my house even with the windows and doors closed.&nbsp; I promised them we wouldn&#8217;t take too long.</p>
<p>So.. they quieted down.&nbsp; A few minutes later I hear tap tap&#8230;.. tap tap tap&#8230;&#8230; TAP TAP TAP TAP!!!!!&nbsp; My sister and her roommate were being sneaky and crept up to my kitchen window.&nbsp; I pulled up the shades and there she was!&nbsp; Her face pressed against the glass&#8230; It would have been creepy if I didn&#8217;t know that my sister was known for pulling these kind of pranks.&nbsp; They &quot;just wanted to see what we were up to&quot;&nbsp; so .. I shut the blinds again and resumed the interview.&nbsp; If it wasn&#8217;t an HD cam we could have carried it to the window and got this amazing look on film&#8230; but it is a huge camera attached to an industrial strength tri-pod.</p>
<p>Ok, I&#8217;ve rambled on too much.. but yesterday was fun and today is going to be even more fun!&nbsp; It&#8217;s ROCK BAND KARAOKE!!!&nbsp; I&#8217;m ready to get my BAM BAM on!</p>

		<title>A Big Thank You To Those I&#8217;ve Inspired!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just wanted to write and say thank you to everyone for giving me the shout-outs and great comments for most inspirational bodyspace profile.&nbsp; It means so much to me still today as it did when I had first lost the weight.&nbsp; After having all of this happen, and then on this past Saturday winning the Fitness Achievement Award at the 2009 NPC Oregon State Bodybuilding and Figure Championships I&#8217;ve decided that my real calling in all of this is to help people do the same thing I did.&nbsp; I know I can write articles, and help like that.. but I feel that through doing more one on one stuff I could teach someone what would truly apply to them.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to be spending a lot of time at Extreme Training , an awesome little gym in Portland, Oregon training people to make the same kind of transformation that I did.&nbsp; (http://www.extremetrainingpearl.com/Extreme_Training.html) check it out.&nbsp; <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> &nbsp; They let me play whatever I want on the speakers and train anyone whenever&#8230; so if you&#8217;re ever in town, send me a message, I&#8217;d love try my hand at making a difference in your life in person.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m really speechless when it comes to what to say&#8230; I want to keep saying thank you over and over again&#8230; but then.. my fingers would hurt&#8230; so either way&#8230; THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!&nbsp; You&#8217;ve really made me happy and I think a better person all together through letting me know that my story has helped you out.&nbsp; Now it&#8217;s time to share the love!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well, I&#8217;m less than one week away from the Oregon State Show.&nbsp; My time in Hawaii proved to be helpful but not as much as I needed it to be.&nbsp; I spent more time in the gym than I did on the beach getting a tan so I&#8217;ve been catchin up like mad since I&#8217;ve got home on my color.&nbsp; I&#8217;m spending this week at my friend John&#8217;s house&nbsp; because he&#8217;s prepping for the same show.&nbsp; We both eat every two hours, go to the gym a lot, and the guy needs someone to shave his back. (ladies that are dating bodybuilders, you know what I mean.. )&nbsp; I have nick named his razor the &quot;JohnMower&quot;..&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>I&#8217;m getting tired when I don&#8217;t eat, but I&#8217;ve had more energy than normally this time around.&nbsp; I don&#8217;t feel like I will be ready for the show this weekend, but let&#8217;s see what happens when I drop my water.&nbsp; I&#8217;ll probably end up doing a show that&#8217;s a few more weeks out.. that or just concentrate on Team Universe in September.&nbsp; Being realistic about this sport is tough to do some times.&nbsp; When you tell everyone that you&#8217;re competing and they&#8217;re all excited for you and you have to come out with.. hey well uhh&#8230; might want to cancel your trip out because I think I&#8217;m not lean enough to compete&#8230; it sucks.. but it&#8217;s life.&nbsp; Everyone&#8217;s body responds differently to different diets, workouts and everything.&nbsp; Recently I have changed my diet up a&nbsp; LOT since I got back from Hawaii and I have had great success with more carbs!&nbsp; (I know!!&nbsp; It&#8217;s like Christmas for me!!!!)&nbsp; I&#8217;ve dropped about 5 pounds this week and I can REALLY start to see some separation in my abs and now my legs&#8230; finally!! </p>
<p>I may just be a couple weeks too late for the Oregon State Show.. BUT, I&#8217;ll be one of the rowdiest fans out there screamin my face off for my friends on stage!&nbsp; If you&#8217;re going to the show come find me and say hi!&nbsp; I love meeting people!</p>
<p>Oh yeah, new news!&nbsp; I&#8217;m training a couple people right now, and I can&#8217;t wait to show off some before and afters!&nbsp; I know I&#8217;m not certified in anything.. but I have done what people want to do, I know how to do it, and I&#8217;m going to share the love!</p>
<p>Good luck to all of you on your goals!&nbsp; Never feel pressured to compete, it adds stress and then that adds fat&#8230; stress = bad&#8230;&nbsp;&nbsp; chillin in a hammock = good!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

So it&#8217;s been a while since I&#8217;ve written&#8230; well, it&#8217;s contest time and I&#8217;ve spent most of my time either in the gym, in a tanning bed, eating, cooking or sleeping.&nbsp; I&#8217;m sure a few of you out there can relate.&nbsp; I&#8217;m in Hawaii on a quick trip to attend one of my best friends from grade school&#8217;s wedding.&nbsp; I&#8217;m beginning to feel old.&nbsp; (No comments from old people telling me I&#8217;m young.. you know what I mean.. I don&#8217;t actually feel old, but these things are happening in life that mean yes&#8230; I am getting older.. growing up&#8230; I know I&#8217;m young.. but&#8230; still&#8230;. her little sister is four feet tall now!!&nbsp; I remember when she was just a twinkle in her father&#8217;s eye..&nbsp; *oh man that sounded bad but I couldn&#8217;t resist*)</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been hitting up the Mililani 24 Hour fitness.&nbsp; I found out the other day that there&#8217;s an MMA and fitness expo as well as bodybuilding show this weekend.&nbsp; I&#8217;m going to have to hit that up.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve seen some of Hawaii&#8217;s finest at the gym and by golly&#8230; there&#8217;s a ton of bodybuilders here!!&nbsp; Not as many figure or fitness athletes, but a TON of bodybuilders.&nbsp; The show is coming up this friday.&nbsp; If I felt like I was ready I would compete in it, but I know that I&#8217;m not yet there.&nbsp; I feel like I&#8217;m cutting it close to the Oregon State show&#8230; this fat is really sticking but it&#8217;s coming off slowly.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>One of the first things I did when I got down here was made some pre-workout jello shots. MMmmmm mmm!&nbsp; Just use sugar free jello and whatever pre-workout powder you use.&nbsp; As far as I can tell everything still works the same after it&#8217;s made into jello.&nbsp; I&#8217;d like to say my tan is getting darker, but I&#8217;m going to have to wait for the mai-tai catamaran trip this afternoon to work on it.&nbsp; (I won&#8217;t be drinking on that trip, but I&#8217;m sure it will be plenty fun.)&nbsp; YAWN, oh man I&#8217;m tired&#8230; ok.. I did something bad last night.&nbsp; Coach, please don&#8217;t hate me for this one but I had to do it..</p>
<p>I SAW TRANSFORMERS 2!!&nbsp; IT WAS AWESOME!!!! YOU GUYS NEED TO SEE IT!! I LOVE MOVIES!!&nbsp; Only problem was it was the 12:01 showing so the theater was packed and I had to sit in the second row.&nbsp; The creek in my neck was worth it though.&nbsp; I am not ashamed of my nerdy side.</p>
<p>Anwyho, it&#8217;s time for me to go do more cardio&#8230;. yep.. that&#8217;s my life.. cardio cardio cardio cardio.. oh yeah.. add some eating in there too&#8230; speaking of. I&#8217;m hungry.. mmmmm kaybye!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Wow, this morning I wake up to finding the new inspirational profiles on bodyspace and I&#8217;m one of the top ones!&nbsp; It took my breath away.. I feel truly honored by having that many people find inspiration from my story.&nbsp; That makes me push even harder to do well at my show and represent the formerly fat people out there.&nbsp; Yeah, we can hang with the buff ones!!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>I hope that those articles are helping people out.&nbsp; If you have any suggestions for me for the next set please leave me a comment here.&nbsp; I want to give you some good information so that people who want to reach their goals can have a good outline of doing so.&nbsp; Thanks again to everyone who chose me to be an inspiration to them.&nbsp; I want to hug you because it makes me so happy to hear!</p>
<p>On a boring note&#8230; I&#8217;m still having a tough time getting back to people on emails.&nbsp; Right now I really need to concentrate on my show so I&#8217;m putting the emails on the back burner and hoping that my auto responder and articles will be able to answer most peoples questions.&nbsp; So if you&#8217;ve sent me an email and I haven&#8217;t responded&#8230; know that I probably read it while on the eliptical, I&#8217;d love to train you but I can&#8217;t, and if you want my diet and workout program I outlined it in the NPC Oregon State articles for you.&nbsp; Those will be updated here shortly.</p>

<p>Ok.. so I put the egg whites in the bottom of a pan&#8230; seasoned them.. then waited around&#8230; put some sauteed onions (with garlic) on top of that.. thought.. hey.. I can make an omelet&#8230; but it&#8217;s awfully slim&#8230; so my microwaved sweet potatoe got ripped up and tossed on top of that&#8230; with my less than average omelet flipping skills I managed to turn my yam-let into a yam-ble.&nbsp;&nbsp; *(get it.. yam scramble&#8230;. yam-let&nbsp; yam omelet)*</p>
<p>It was good.&nbsp; I look forward to eating in another two hours&#8230; this next meal I&#8217;m going to get creative with some chicken, yam and ummm&#8230; onions and mushrooms I think&#8230; should be good.&nbsp; mmm hmmm!&nbsp; <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />
