Family, Training and Costa Rica

Well, gosh it’s been a bit since I’ve written.. AGAIN.

Family - well, my family and I made up… in a way.  They’re still talking to me on occasion, and they wish me well in my ventures outside the home.  I am very grateful for that.

Training - I’ve temporarily moved out to the east coast to do some training with my new coach Teresa L’Heureux.. aka Big T.  (thusly that makes me little T.. and I’m cool with it  ;)   We’ve been training hard and I’m seeing what I’ve been missing.. MY ABS!  I’m gettin it back!  I’m getting leaner by the day and I’ll be photo shoot ready by nationals! YAY!!!!

Contest Plans - I’m going to compete at the USA’s… I don’t want to announce it because I’m afraid of saying hey, I’m going to compete here.. and then life getting in the way.. but I’m committed to this show.

Costa Rica - I’ve given up on coaching people.. well, not given up.. but I don’t like doing things over a long distance. I have a few current clients, the ones that really kick ass..  but I am no longer accepting any more.  What I AM doing is even BETTER!!!!!

Get this… I’m throwing Fitness Excursions in Costa Rica with Big T!  Did I mention she’s a cancer surviving, bodybuilding, power lifting BAMF?  She is!  And she’s 52 still kicking my butt in the gym!  (I don’t know how many times I need to tell people that she’s not my mom she’s my friend… and by the way she’s single)..  HINT HINT!  If you’re over 5′10 and 220 lbs, built like a bodybuilder or powerlifter have I got the lady for you!!!!     Really, she’s awesome!

More info on teh .. oh jeeze.. I Got distracted again.. so Costa Rica.. details on TNTfitnessExcursions.com  get it.. TNT.. big T, little t… I get it.  so check it out!  We have spaces available and will be on a radio station in Philly on Sunday!  So this is exciting.. also got some TV and more radio stuff happening next week.

Check out November’s Iron Man again.. page 245ish. :)

I hope you’re all having an awesome fall.  Thank you for your words on my past blog.  Reading those means so much to me.. thank you.  (I’m not saying that to be corny, I really mean it..)  If you know me you know it takes a lot to make me mushy.  Whew..

Well, I promise I will blog more soon.. gotta write about training with Big T.. it’s awesome! I almost puked on my shoes today!

Love Always!!!
Tiff  :)

    Hey Tiff,
Been watching your progress for a while. Go for it. Have fun while you’re young and beautiful. You did a wonderful transformation. No need to lead the "normal" life that everyone else has. Hec’ I wouldn’t give up the opportunities you encouraged. The family will eventually get over it. You ‘ll have great memories of your adventures when you get older.
    Regards,
    Lisa
