I’ve been in hiding from working out and I knew it was gonna bite me in the rear! I’m stationed out here in hawaii about 15 mins from mililiani. I would have loved to have met you and pick your brain. I have been having the hardest time getting it in gear. Anyways you look wonderful as ever and you still an inspiration to me. Keep up the good work.

I just came from transformers, and while I was second in line for seating, I had 3 kids to my left that would NOT-SHUT-THE-F*CK-UP!, and I had 2 guys to my right that, if it wasn’t for them shouting advice to Sam and Optimas Prime, I dont know HOW the movie would have turned out…

But overall, the movie kicked some major ass! Once again I loved how they deployed the military. It ALMOST makes me feel proud of serving…
