I just had to share this link.  I was soooo tired by the time this picture was taken but I am still so proud of it.  I never thought I would be competing for the overall within a week of starting to compete.  I feel totally blessed and am so proud of my fellow competitors especially Brittani who ended up taking home the overall!  You rock woman!

DOOD.. I got first place in Figure Tall at the Northwest Championshps! Soooo excited! 

Anywho.. just thought I’d say that.. and.. this week I have dubbed International FAT Week.  My coach has rewarded me with a week of eating whatever I want.  It was hard to want junk food at first but it’s geting wayyy easier to eat like a fat girl again.  Oh boy.. it was a relief for some people to see me chowing down on a chili dog… I kept hearing comments like "There’s the old Tiff!"   I had to assure them that I was still the old me.. I was just travel sized now.  After this week I go back on a diet to prep for my next competitions.  I can’t wait to get back on stage with an improved body and see how I fare against tougher competition. 

In other news.. I’m gettin boobies!!  Tee hee!  I’m excited.  I used to be one of those people who made fun of the fake ta ta’s but when I completely lost my real ones I was like.. hmmm.  So, I made up my mind to get rid of my 12 year old boy chest and get some gazangas!   My boyfriend supports me 100 % in this decision.,.. haha.. I know… biiig surprise.  I hate typing with these dang fake nails that I put on for the Northwest show.  They click so loud and I make so many errors grrr.. Forget spell checker and grammar checker I’m just going to go natural and not correct anything.

 And lastly…. hehehehe.. I got some emails that made me even MORE excited than I already was. I can’t wait to share the news once I know it’s for real!!!

Oh man!  So I just got back from the Seven Feathers show and I took third in my height class for figure!  I am so happy!  I know I put forth my best effort and I was compared against women who really rocked.  One year ago I would have NEVER thought that I could be on stage in a tiny bikini and heels posing… wow.. what an incredible difference.  I have had a great time through all of this contest prep work and changing myself for the better.  I can’t wait to do my second show this saturday.  I know the blogs are few and far between as of lately but I have been crazy busy doing modeling stuff and now a movie!  WOO HOO!  I’ve been colored with a happy crayon!  Wait for links on my page to the pix from the contest.  Can’t wait to show them!  And to everyone who has cheered me on.. THANK YOU!  Thank you all so much.  The Bodybuilding.com community has been the most supportive, understanding, and fun group out there.  Wow… still.  I am amazed.   Thank you again.
