<p>Comp is only a little over a month away and thats for the first one in my three show marathon. I am beginning the cut next week or possibly the week after at the latest. The shows range from least to most important and I want to come in ripped and full for the nationals in late October so I have to decide how ripped and cut I will be for each show and I will divide my time over the three according ling and based on the competition that should be expected at each. All in all i am very confident and I hope to achieve all I have set out to do this year, the nationals I am not kidding myself there but I have a chance but will not be disappointed if I don&#8217;t place. I shall let you all know how the cutting goes it should be interesting to balance it over three shows and trying not to loose any built muscle mass.</p>

<p>Three comps this year and they are not to far off the ANB (Australian Natural Bodybuilding) federation kicks of and it all starts on the 21st September at Newcastle - which will host a special appearance by lee priest which should be great. I then move on to October 12th for the Central Coast comp and then the big one the national comps on the 25 and 26th of October. I am very well prepared and confident and my dieting and results will allow me to compete in all three - its a big ask but I believe I have what it takes to bring my best to each and every single one. I shall let yous all know how progress goes - wish me luck.</p>

<p>Been a long time since my last post - I have been extremely busy with life and so on and have dedicated myself more and more to the sport (and art) of bodybuilding. I have made gains in all areas, especially my leg region and I hope that these improvements aid in my stage performance later in September and later in October in the Australian Natural Bodybuilding championships. I am targeting a under 70kg title and the overall in the first show and hoping for the best in the national title. I have packed on serious mass and people say I look at least 10 - 12 kilos heavier then I actually am whcih really makes me feel like I have made noticable progress. Got new motivation and feel great - will post new pictures soon so keep an eye out if. Also stay tuned for the launch of my personal bodybuilding website - its been a long time in the making but it is finally coming <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>I had a bad weekend, went out and indulged a little to much in alcohol and didnt eat properly and how I would have liked - dont worry I have learnt my lesson and punished myself. But to my astonishment i returned to the gym and lifted bigger and better! Personal bests for shrugs and bench press. I was, needless to say, impressed with this and I also had no protein for over a week and got my order in early today - due to a lack of funds because of uni texts books. So now I am still making progress without protein and also being a little rebellious so I now look forward to the weeks ahead where I can fully dedicate myself to diet and training and I can not wait to improve and increase in all areas <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />  Ill be sure to keep you all informed. Train hard everyone!</p>
