In the months I've been lifting I've had two instances where I've had really bad dizzy spells. I couldn't decide if it was because I wasn't breathing right or that I wasn't eating/drinking enough before lifting. Since I've tried eating/drinking more beforehand that really seems to have helped.

Hi Robert - Can you do 1 legged extensions on it?The gym i train at has weight packs to add on ; but i do 1 arm t row and 1 legged extensions and push outs. Only a suggestion but lack of weight is a prime bummer.

Well done onkeeping the training up and with determination ; any thing is better than nothing [ feel sorry for those who have to train there all the time]. Its amazing what a person can achieve with just a barbell if they put their minds to it.

if you go up to 3000 from 1800 per day you will only gain fat tissue - it's too much a jump. try going up to a maz of 2200 first and split that into at least 6 meals. after 14 days use the mirror as a gage and a body fat caliper - same place - same time of day. if the gains are good stick with it until they slow down, then add another 150- 200 calories per day. this will ensure lean gains as long as your lifting hard and frequently using an abreviated lifting plan. try taking 50% complex carbs, 40% lean protein and 10% healthy fats. on non-training days i would suggest you lower the calories a little so as not to store the unused energy as fat.

i'm about to start the whole mass thing in november - can't wait...

lol - yes true i seen no difference in my physique afterwards but the immediate feeling was dreadful especially after comp dieting. I have to get used to eating more now as i am trying to pack on some mass. Need a new mindset. Goodluck with your routines and goals - and stay away from the candy bar - lol. Kind Regards, Robert

I had to laugh reading this! I had photos taken on Friday, and went on a weedend long bing afterward. I can assure you - mine was much worse than yours! Monday morning, I felt sooooo bad physically and mentally, but after a couple of days of eating healthy and following my workouts, I'm back to my regular self. No need for you to feel guilty. A rare binge probably isn't a big deal.

You know what you have to do. Remember that stuff is nothing but empty calories. Consume them in moderation as a treat. Congratulations on your comps. It looks like you did well. Good luck.
