Readers,
I had a bad weekend, went out and indulged a little to much in alcohol and didnt eat properly and how I would have liked - dont worry I have learnt my lesson and punished myself. But to my astonishment i returned to the gym and lifted bigger and better! Personal bests for shrugs and bench press. I was, needless to say, impressed with this and I also had no protein for over a week and got my order in early today - due to a lack of funds because of uni texts books. So now I am still making progress without protein and also being a little rebellious so I now look forward to the weeks ahead where I can fully dedicate myself to diet and training and I can not wait to improve and increase in all areas
