Readers,
Hope x-mas was great for you all, mine was nice and it was good to catch up with all the family memebrs. Anyways I came home from holidays today from Forster, a beach town. I enjoyed it and i spent more then i would have liked but thats life. When up there i did not neglect my training and i went to there local gym (which was unfortunately ill equiped but i still made do) I also enjoyed the sun and beach and got myself a well needed tan (check my photos and youll see that i was in desperate need of one) While up there i ran out of protein and i discovered a cerial drink called ‘Up and Go’ This stuff was amaizng in one serve there is 350 calories and 25 grams of protein among other things and I am hooked on them now and they are relitively cheap compared to other mixtures and protien drinks. I will still use my whey protein, but these are easy and on the run drinks for quick breakfasts and so on. Anyways its good to be back and I will enjoy the new year with a well earned drink - and I hope the new years is good to yous all as well - enjoy and dont get to drunk.
Regards,
Robert

Dear Readers,
I will be taking my leave until new years or thereafter, however I will still be activly working out during my stay by the beach by taking visits to the local gym where i am going. I am sticking to the same regime and i intend on keeping to my plan strictly. However, I will still be having fun and might even work on my tan by the beach up there and indulge in a few ‘junk’ foods - but not to much. Anyways I wish you all again a very merry xmas and a happy new years.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy.

Readers,
FIRST OF ALL, MERRY X-MAS to everyone on the site, forum and who may be visiting this site, I hope 2008 will prove bright and productive to all of those with fitness goals - or not. Now to the workout - 4 reps of a heavy weight for 3 sets is the target and task, imagine now doing that for squats, leg press and then following it up with leg extension and leg curls at the end! The weight was for 4 reps and i only got 5 out on one occasion on the squats at a great struggle. I went to finish on some standing calf raises but my legs were so sore and shaking so i aborted that. i tell you though if i keep this up I will be well on the way to bringing my lower body up to the level my upper is now at.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy.

Dear Readers,
As I am sure you all all aware the x-mas break approaches and I have been quiet hectic at this important time fro year and apologize to those who are regular readers of my blogs. I have however not given up on my training as I am training the same as normal and even on my holidays away to the beach I will be training at the local gym there and will be watching my diet. My PB’s have gone up recently especially with shrugs, dumbbell incline and dumbbel tricep extensions. I am hoping that this trend continues. Anyways I wish everyone a great xmas and new year and I will try and post one last blog before i take my holiday.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy.

Dear Readers,
Had a great back workout today - in particular barbell shrugs were the favourite, really heavy and worked for. I would also like to add that I am seeing some results and I am feeling that I am now moving forward and not staying in one place - tri-phase training I really recommened it even after two weeks I feel stronger andf have seen differences in my muscle fibre and size. Anyways ill keep you posted as new photos are not to far away - sometime before x-mas i think.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy
