Dear Readers,
I have put on around 1 - 15kg in around a week and I am feeling the benefits of it, I lifted bigger then ever yesterday without my partner or spotter! I didnt do anything stupid like bench press alone but all my isolation exercises were more confident and I lifted a fair bit heavier. Hopefully I can continue to gain weight and work up towards my goal of 70kg. Also my partner has left uni effectively and we havent worked out together for a fortnight. After uni finishes in a week or so we will meet up again its just unrealitic for eahc of our expenses and time if we did now. Anyways ill let you know how I progress in the coming days. ALSO I THOUGHT ID ADD THAT KIMI RAIKKONEN IS FORMULA 1 WDC CHAMPION FOR 2007! really happy about that and i thought id add that in there.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy

Dear Readers,
Had a great workout and pushed alot of limits today. The problem is gaining mass and eating more. I have always trained with the same amount of cals and never been on a bulk or a cut specifically and made good gains. But now i want more size to work with and the only way to do that is to eat more and train harder. I am thinking at 62.5kg (135lbs if i eat 2500 - 3000 cals a day I will be on the road to more mass. I dont want to tke in a killer amount as i will get more fat then mass (althouhg i realise fat comes with a bulk program) but idont want anymore then i need. So i am anticipating that if i take this on for 3 months I should make up the extra 5 - 6kg that i want to achieve. Does this seem reasonable? I think so - but id be interested to hear what others think. I am also upping the protein intake to help with muslce growth. Lets see how this goes as i find eating this amount, compared to my old 1500 - 1800 cal diet hard to keep up with - but i have to if i want to achieve my goals and when i get there all i have to do is eat my maitenance weight of cals rather then ballooning my cal intake to get bigger. Ill update you all on my progress.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy.

Dear Readers,
Comp is over now I went on an eating binge and I felt so bad. I ate a full pack of lollies, massive bag of chips and many other sweets and now i feel terrible. I am on a bulk but it still felt bad. I will have to get out of this mindset if i am going to gain 6kg in a short period of time, although i will not rely on these bad foods to get there, but i shouldnt need cut them out all together like comp preparation. Anyways thouhgt id share my guilt and get it out there.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy.

Dear Readers,
Had an awesome workout today for legs - decided to hit them hard and not slack off as usual as I am going to pay alot of attention to them in the coming year for the next comp. Anyways, my gym partner is not returning to uni - thats a bad thing as he is a great partner who motivates and helps out alot, so for the upcoming uni break I will be going to a different gym with him as it is closer to mine and his home. This will be alright for the three months I have of uni (after this last 4 to come) but after that I really do not want to be paying for two gym memberships as when i go back to uni costs to get there go up and this added with a more expensive membership outside my usual FORUM gym will not be doable, plus i love the FORUM. So i am changing for the next 3 - 4 months but thereafter I will be returning to the FORUM as it is easier on money. This gym isnt as equipped as my usual gym but it makes sense for the time being money wise and I really enjoy my partners contribution and inputs to my workouts. Will see how ti goes.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy.

Dear Readers,
Would you mind taking a look at my pictures from my BB.space and rating them and give some feedback? I would greatly appreciate it as I am in the process of making a new program to gain mass for my next comps, and any advice and feedback would be great as i work alone on my program.
P.S - My stats for lifitng have dropped due to my cutting phase and now I am bulking I am hoping to reach new levels of performance.
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy

Dear Readers,
Well its over the two comps are done and I came 4th in both of them, was an amazing experience. The first at Newcastle I made the fatal error of not being dark enough and it was costly, I rectified this at the central coast but the competition was fierce. I now hope to gain 6 more Kilos before the next one early next year as I competed in the under 70kg and Junior divisions and I was the smallest in weight terms. I want to maximize my chances from an under 70kg perspective and get the most mass obtainable. Anyways sorry for the long delay, I haven’t been on for a while but I am back now beginning a bulk stage and more motivated then ever!
Kind Regards,
Robert Murphy
