Great Wednesday

Comp in 3 weeks but still I am lifting Personal Bests all the way! Today I did 155kg deadlift for 8 reps and followed that up with extra reps in all my workout, including arnold shoulder press, lateral pulldowns, and calf press - was running late for uni class so I had to give barbell shrugs a miss and move them to Friday. I was disapointed but I had to be at this class. I am hopeing for more on the shrugs for Friday maybe 135kg for 8 - 10 reps will wait and see. I am staying in at the uni to do an assignemnt tonight so my sleeping pattern will be shot but ill make up for it with a day off on Thursday. Stay tuned for my next post as I try to correct my bench press form which is atm a little eratic and forever changing.
