5 X 5 Program (Plateau Breaker)

I have hit a plateau recently - nothing was working, so i tried the 5 x 5 program. With it my lifts improved, so did my appearance. I am benching 5kg more in only 4 weeks! and added 10kg to my deadlift! This program is incrediable and is working great for me so far - and theres still 5 weeks left of it! Really impressed with the results, it is quick and affective in builidng mucles mass and strength and i highly recommend useing it if you yourself are looking for a routine to break your plateau. Ill be sure to let yous know how i go and if my lifts improve.
