Starting a New routine
Monday, January 15th, 2007The new year has well an trully started, and I am now entering my second year of weight trianing and have decided on a new approach. The first year yielded a more then 200% strength increase from start to finish and now that i feel i am experienced enough I am aiming to improve and be between the advanced and elite levels by the end of this year (I am in advaced for a few exercises, but not all). So i have prepared a new high intensity training resignm for the next 12 weeks and will record my progress and routines with comments and changes I notice. I hope it goes as planned, and I hope peopel out there can either take from it perhaps or even offer any critisims they may have or any suggestions on improving the routine.
