New workout routine 4X A WEEK
Monday, Wednesday
6AM
Leg Workout with 20lb. Kettle ball
5 x 10 Squats
5 x 10 Side squats (each thigh)
5 x 10 Lunges (each side)
Arm Workout with 20 lb weights
5 x 10 Bicep Curls
5 x 10 Side Lateral raises(each arm)
5 x 10 Triceps extension
30 - 60 minute cardio
Tuesday, Thursday
5 x 10 Leg raises or reverse crunches (call them what you want)
5 x 10 Side crunches with legs (both sides)
5 x 10 Knee Touches
5 x 10 Ankle smacks (obliques)
All with 20# weights
5 x 5 Squats
5 x 5 Side squats (each thigh)
5 x 5 Lunges (each side)
5 x 5 Bicep Curls
5 x 5 Side Lateral raises(each arm)
5 x 5 Triceps extension
30 minute Cardio
Saturday and Sunday
2 mile walk each day

I wouldn’t change a thing. The biggest thing is being consistent and sticking with it 5 days a week. If you stick with being consistent, you’ll see great changes.
