Eating right
Eating right is my biggest problem. I never know what to eat and when its good, I eat all of it. So if you have a great diet and eating system let me know. Or if you know someone that can help let me know.
My goal is 30 pounds by January 2010. All fat if possible.
5-6 small meals a day preferred.

well, what works for me is drinking nothing but water and eating only at home. no outside food only home cook meals and just keep it three: breakfast, lunch and dinner. only a snack in between the meals like a small simple sandwich or three servings of fruit.

Become an avid label reader; look for lean protein and high fiber with few net carbs. Watch portion size; a protein portion is the size of the palm of your hand, fruit and veggies; the size of your fist. Limit your carbs to morning as much as you can.
